Oh, and by the way? No woman is "born a woman." I was born a baby who grew to be a girl and then a woman. You probably were, too.
PS: Cis is a prefix that means the opposite of the prefix trans. If you studied Roman history or even chemistry you would know this. Unless you are transgender yourself, the only way you could not be cisgender is if you disregard the existence of transgender people. As long as transgender people exist (and we have for millenia, so I don't see us going anywhere soon), those who aren't transgender will be cisgender.
